Position: ADP Payroll Admin/Analyst
Location: Freehold NJ ( Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills 3+ years of experience in data/business/technical analysis - payroll Admin ADP Payroll / Workday / Payroll Platform technical/functional knowledge Strong data analysis skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Integrate multiple datasets where there is significant overlap and many to many relationships
- Integrate the data migration for ADP payroll data.
- Pulling data out of the ADP side and integrate into the Workday platform
- Analyze and map business processes (current state/future state)
- Develop business and functional requirements
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in data/business/technical analysis
- ADP Payroll / Workday / Payroll Platform technical/functional knowledge
- Strong data analysis skills
- Hands on configuration and implementation experience
- Able to summarize, explain, and simplify complex data analyses and concepts
- Team player with collaborative approach to work
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams
