A leading Manufacturing company in the HVAC/R Industry is urgently looking to hire an HR Technology Analyst. This is a direct hire and Remote role with a competitive salary.
Salary range: $80K Base to $100K Base.
Job Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Perform operational and support activities on Oracle Fusion HCM required to enable, leverage & manage the global workforce
Design, develop, test, and implement innovative solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM to provide superior HR functions
Set up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
Stay in the know on leading industry trends and new Oracle HCM features and seek out the best solutions
Support technical processes related to all Enterprise HR programs (merit, bonus, benefit execution, payroll, talent, performance, recruitment, reporting, integrations, security, learning management, employee listening/surveys, etc.)
Engage externally and internally to share best practices
WHAT YOU NEED
B.S. required, preferably Computer Science, Mathematics, Human Resource Management / Human Capital Management or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM at a large organization throughout full delivery life cycle
Hands-on experience with HR data visualization and analytics, HCM analytics a plus
