WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Supporting HCM modules below for multiple customers

Primary:

• Global Human Resources 
• Global Payroll 
• Secondary (as skilled):
• Talent Management 
• Recruiting (ORC)
• Succession Management 
• Journeys 
• Learning 
• Absence Management 
• Time and Labor 
• Work closely with customers to develop appropriate solutions for enhancements in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing and training business users.
• Help customers with Quarterly Patching / Upgrades
• Provide input and guidance to offshore and junior resources on the team
