Be specific about the duration - If this is a contract be clear about how long it is expected to last on the initial contract. We know there could always be extensions but that is not an enticement.

Make sure we know who we are working for - This is more for contract work. If you are not a direct employer, please indicate that in the posting. Will your firm being paying the contract rate? Are you sourcing for a big 5 Consulting company (Oracle, Deloitte, PWC, IBM, etc.) then give some indication of that in the posting. You don't have to name the specific organization.
